Scott, Thank you for the opportunity to work on your vehicle. We apologize if your recent visit with us was not what you expected. We diagnosed your air conditioning issue as a compressor leak and gave you a quote for a new compressor along with dryer and hose assembly. We understand you were unhappy with the cost of the estimate, but that price is extremely competitive. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please give us a call at (651) 735-0500 at your earliest convenience and ask for Jorge.

Jorge seemed nice enough but very over priced. 33 to patch a tire , 50 dollars to put on a spare & 135 to put one tire on. Hands down the most expensive prices I've came across for all services . If it wasn't so cold out I wouldn't of paid to get the spare on! Won't even stop for gas at this place again .

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Jorge told me he would be in the store in 10minutes and after 40mimutes he still never showed up to address my concerns about why my check engine light kept coming in after they "fixed" my car 2 weeks prior. GO TO FIRESTONE NEXT DOOR

I came in for an oil change. The service was great, Jorge was extremely nice and offered free refreshments, and the actual oil change was very quick. I would recommend and use Jorge and Sunray BP again.

Don't use this place!!! STAY AWAY!! This place should get a Negative star!! The service guy, Chris, lied about just checking to see if my spare tire would fit to replace my flat tire. When I asked how much they would charge to CHANGE my tire he said $15 (never did he say there was a charge to just look). He also said he wouldn't change the spare if the tire was a donut. After moving at a slow pace and he checked my spare (how long does it take to check if: 1) I have a spare and 2) check the size. And btw- why wouldn't it fit?!. After he checked and said the tire was a donut, I had him being the car out and not change the tire (since he said he wouldn't be able to because it would mess up the suspension). But if course before giving me the keys he charged me $28 for "checking the fit". This is deceitful and swindlous, as he never said there would be a charge regardless if i got the tire changed or not. I'm never going there again!

I went here to get my transmission pan resealed, and was very happy with the service! The guys got me in for an appointment the next day, and even bumped me up an hour when I asked to switch the morning of. They made me feel very comfortable, and answered any questions I had about the work they were doing, and even took me in to point out where the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. It ended up being a 3 hour wait for the sealant, so the manager gave me a ride back to my house across the cities so I could make it to work on time! I would recommend this store due to the excellent service here, however, they are still working on the upkeep of the store itself (cleanliness of the inside, bathroom, etc.) so once they are finished with this aspect, I would definitely rate them 5 stars. Thanks, Sunray, for a great experience!
