I was referred to Sunray back in January; my vehicle needed several repairs. They did a wonderful job! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I then had another major repair needed less than 2 months later. Fortunately, Sunray was able to fix it within 24 hours of contact and drop it off at my work when finished. They take great care of your vehicle and you.

This shop is amazing. The owner is not pushy and explains what things need to be done and what can wait. They go above and beyond to communicate and are SO friendly and kind.

Cost $356 dollars for what amounted to be a tire change.

It seems that you broke down in the Firestone next door. And came over our way when they couldn't help you. One of our service advisors, Patrick, gave you a courtesy shuttle from Maplewood to Minneapolis during a snow storm as a exception (since we normally don't provide rides that take over 15 minutes). Furthermore, you were advised every step of the way on the costs associated with the repairs needed and you approved and declined as you best saw fit. Please feel free to give me a call as I would love to learn more about what else we could have done to help you repair your vehicle and get you back on the road safely.
